AhaFind
Terms of use
These draft terms describe how to use AhaFind before a commercial launch. A lawyer still needs to review them. They do not choose a court or a governing law.

Using AhaFind
AhaFind helps you discover, compare, and open opportunities to earn, save, or collect a reward. You may browse without an account. Some areas, such as staff tools, require a sign-in.
Information, not a promise
Listings are information about third-party opportunities. An estimate, a score, or a potential value is not a promise that you will receive that result.
Third-party offers
Offers belong to the external provider, not to AhaFind. The provider’s own terms apply when you continue to their site. AhaFind may update or remove a listing, and a listing may become unavailable.
No outcome is promised
AhaFind does not promise income, savings, an investment result, or a financial outcome. Crypto and airdrop information is informational. It is not an invitation to buy, sell, or hold an asset.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reading the external terms, deciding whether an opportunity fits you, and for how you use the service. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break access controls, or send automated traffic that disrupts it.
Draft limits
Any limit on liability in a final version still has to be written and reviewed. This draft does not set that limit, and it does not name a legal entity or a registered address. Those details are not configured yet.
