AhaFind

How AhaFind checks a listing

This is the review process used by the catalogue. It describes the checks. It does not say that offers are available in a market today.

Draft for review before a commercial launch. This page describes the current product. It is not legal advice and it is not a claim that AhaFind meets any particular law.

When a listing can be public

A listing can appear in the public catalogue when it is published, its review is not still at the discovered stage, it is not rejected, its verification is not marked expired, its deadline has not passed, and it is not marked as demo data.

A listing that is pending review, or that needs another check, can stay visible. The page shows that status. Freshness of the last check does not by itself remove a listing.

What “verified” means

Verified means a person checked the source according to this process, and the listing can show when that check happened. It is not a statement that the provider approved AhaFind, that a reward was paid, or that you will qualify.

How recent the check is

A check from the last 7 days is fresh. A check from 8 to 30 days is aging. A check from 31 to 90 days is stale. A check older than 90 days, or a listing that was never checked, is outside that window.

A verified listing whose last check is stale, older than 90 days, or missing keeps its stored status and is labelled as needing another check. Passing 90 days does not by itself remove the listing.

The catalogue hides a listing when its verification status, publishing status, deadline, or another eligibility rule says it should not be public.

Source and evidence

An official source needs a URL, or an explicit reason when that URL is absent. A missing URL is not treated as demo data unless the record is explicitly marked as demo data. Supporting evidence can be attached to a listing. Evidence is not the same as a payment.

What this process does not claim

The process does not invent a provider, a reward, a country, or a programme approval. If the public catalogue has no listing, that is the current state of the catalogue.
